Can you remove every stain?We achieve excellent results on most stains, including coffee, wine, and pet stains. However, some older or deeply set stains (like bleach or ink) may not be fully removable. We’ll always do our best and be honest about the expected results.

Can you design a garden layout?For simple gardens, yes — we can help plan layouts, plant placement, and practical solutions for drainage and irrigation. For larger design projects, we may recommend partnering with a garden designer.

Is waste disposal included?Yes — all garden waste and debris are removed and responsibly disposed of as part of the service.

How much does carpet cleaning cost?Prices depend on the size of the area, level of soiling, and type of carpet. Contact us for a tailored quote, and we’ll be happy to provide a competitive price. Our minimum charge for any carpet cleaning service is £75. This ensures we can cover the cost of high-quality cleaning products, professional equipment, and expert service. Customers must provide parking or a permit for our team; otherwise, a £4/hour fee applies. If your location is in a congestion charge zone, the fee will be added to your invoice. Please inform us in advance of any special arrangements needed.

Do you charge extra for stain removal?Basic stain treatment is included in our cleaning service. However, for severe or specialist stain removal, there may be an additional charge, which we’ll discuss beforehand.

Do I need to pay a deposit?Yes, we require a 50% deposit of the total job cost to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid upon completion of the job.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, bank transfers, and most major debit/credit cards. Let us know your preferred payment method when booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?Yes, we understand things come up. We just ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Can you remove bad smells from my carpet?Yes! We use deodorizing treatments to tackle odors from pets, smoke, dampness, and spills. If the smell is deep-set (e.g., pet urine soaked into underlay), full odor removal may require multiple treatments.

Will my carpet get dirty faster after cleaning?Not at all. This is a myth linked to poor cleaning methods that leave residue. Our cleaning process removes all dirt and product, ensuring your carpet stays cleaner for longer.
